Ok, Maybe everyone knows this and I'm a little slow. I live in NC and purchased my 2011 CF30Es Cruiser in Tenn. From Newbys RV. I purchased the Cruiser from them because everyone nearest to me wouldn't order this unit for me. They had the unit I wanted in stock and there you go! Anyway, while trying to get warranty work done on my LR slide manual crank rod that I broke off. ( See Slide stuck, problems-Under General Questions)I was getting the run around from my nearest service center. Someone told me to check with Camping World. They are also as close to me; about 40 minutes away. I did and they do warranty work on Crossroads units. Just to let you know in case your like me. I have done buisness with Camping World in Statesville NC before, but it was with different campers.
