Our friends in Fredericksburg, TX, have had La-Z Boys for a long time. One of theirs was about 10 years old and the foot rest mechanism broke. They called La-Z-Boy to get the replacement part only to find that their model had been discontinued. They were sent a voucher to go get a brand new one at the same value. They did some paperwork and were given around $20 in cash as there was a price difference. Now, that is customer service above and beyond. And, they are MADE IN AMERICA.

Chairs

We also have a 2013 305SK. Not sure 32" chairs would work in the back on the living room slide side. We store one of our factory issue recliner for travel on its side with back to rear window. Otherwise there is a real strain and pressure on both the slide and the chair arm. We plan to remove the sofa and put one chair in its place and have one in the rear this season.
