When I requested the paint codes for our 2015 Crossroads Rushmore Lincoln RF39LN15 from the factory, I was told that due to the coaches coming from an outside vendor pre-painted? that I would need to go to a body shop for the paint chips because customer service and their service departments did not have the information.
I have the greatest resource available in the department and I believe she truly does not know and they do not have a resource to find out. As sad as that seems.
My Redwood came with small bottles of touch up paints with codes on them. Wasn't aware Rushmore had a painted version, thought they were colored gel coat?
Travelin Texans: You are correct about the sides however both of our endcaps are painted. What I was asking about with the customer service rep is the "J" wrap on the bottom which scratches easily and is also painted. It appears to be a deep brown although when the sun hits it just right it has a gold flake appearance.
