We have a Dish Satillite for our current trailer which works perfectly. We receive 150 to 200 stations depending on our package.Upon receiving our new Cruiser, I want to be sure there are no issues with the reception.

Are some of you saying that reception is poor in the Cruisers because of where the TV/radio is situated in the unit?

Thanks for any info.

The location of the TV in the unit should make no difference with the satillite reception. If the connections are made correctly you should be good to go. I have read that the off air reception can be poor because of the new antenna they now use.Edited by: Hunter11

I agree with Keith as it should not make any difference where the TV is located. Saying that it would depend on the sat wiring in the cruiser. If they have a dedicated cable from the outside to the TV and the connections are secure you should get a strong signal into the trailer. However, I think most complaints I have heard is with the digital ant with the trailer and from what I have read it is RV wide they just are not very good about getting a signal in some areas.

We use our dishnetwork satellite every where we go and it works just fine...Jb The antenna location is what was being tossed about but that has nothing to do with sattelite operationEdited by: John B
