I have just purchased a new 335ss fifth wheel , after checking all the bells & whistles I noticed that my electric on my hotwater was not working have anybody had this problem

You have probably already done this but - did you check the breaker - it may be off. Located in breaker and fuse panel.

Maybe a loose wire. You can gain access to the back of the HW heater - not much though - by removing the panel in the storage compartment.

Anything I can check on mine that may help you with the troubleshooting?

There is also a switch on the water heater itself. Look at the connection box where the 115VAC wires go in. Should be a small rocker or toggle switch there.

A friend had the same problem on a different brand. His simply had never been plugged into the provided receptacle.

Thank you for your promp replys , the problem was that there was a wire of the mother board on the boiler , Also have any body had any trouble with programming the furnace it worked the first few nights fine got up yesterday morning & the cat had her paws up around her ears it was that cold , just seems that it won't ignite .
