Gel Coat Door??

I was wondering if all Cruisers with Gel Coat sides also have gel coat on the enterance door or the Filon type fiberglass.Mine has the other stuff,I can see the fibers on the doorwhere as on the sides it's Gel Coat and I can't see any fiber.Thanks

It's common on mid-level campers for the doors and baggage doors to be standard non-luster filon.



On upper models of other brands they even clear-coat the outside white plastic fridge vent, shower and other parts so they are shiny!

The baggage doors appear to be gel coat, thats why I though I might have an odd ball and would check in with the dealer about it.

I wonder if that's something that changed, I have a 2009 non-gel coat model. The dealer has a 2008 gel-coat and the baggage doors have less of a shine then the sidewalls.
