Can anyone explain to me why the fridge is on the GFI circuit?
We leave our unit garaged and plugged in year around. About twice a year the GFI cuts out and we loose food and condiments in the fridge + a tank of propane

I am thinking about taking the fridge off of the GFI circuit. Has anyone else had this problem?

I don't think ours is on a GFI. I just went out and looked. The receptacle it's plugged into is different then any I have seen before. To answer your question--no, we have not had that problem. I don't see the need for a GFI. I think if it were mine I would change out the GFI and see if the problem persisted.
If it does, then maybe some further investigation is necessary.

Mike are you located anywhere around Rogersville?
We have some friends there that come up every fall and grouse hunt with us.

I think DW is washing her hands in the bathroom and water may be splashing on the plug next to the sink. I can't prove it and won't even try to.
Being yours is on another circuit supports my thought of moving it off the GFI loop.

I am in Middle TN, they would be East TN

If you have not changed that GFI plug do so first, the factory ones are weak, I change mine during the first trip and have not had any problem since then
