We just got back from an incredible 6 day stay in the Cape Breton Highlands National Park. Pics available on request!! However, not all was well. Does anyone else have an issue with their centre island GFI receptacle tripping - even with no load? The only thing running was the fridge - did a reset - but, after about 30-45 mins - CLICK - goes the GFI!!!! It has already been replaced once......Electrical problems give me the willies!!! Odd thing is - this only started to happen after day 4 on the road....

Also, I have the Intelli Jacks. I followed the instructions for the Auto-Level - set it twice - but for some reason the system either tends to fully extend, or fully retract when the Auto-level is used - any ideas?

Thanks for any ideas. The dealer will be engaged tomorrow (Monday)....

You may have another outlet in a wet area getting wet. Check your outlets outside, in the bathrooms, and kitchen. Something may be getting wet. The outlets outside and in the bathrooms are tied into that GFCI.

You might also have moisture in the junction boxes under the slides. Not sure where yours are located but most rigs have at least one under each slide.

I would like to think that moisture would have been the culprit, but we did not experience any rainfall. The bathroom GFI is fine - no issues thus far. Could it be bad GFI's???????

GFI - can't add anything new.

Intelli Jacks - mine is "sensitive to terrain". I set up at home in a level driveway and sometimes have to tweak the legs (move the legs up or down) depending upon the site.</span>
</span>
I have more problems with the connect - disconnect. I found that I need to set it up with my air bags set for the pressure when the trailer will be attached. So I preset the air bags to 35 psi prior to hitching up.</span>
</span>
I understand that the manufacturer ofIntelli Jacks is very helpful resolving issues.</span>

Looks like the area you were at is only about 1200 miles from us - where did you camp?

My GFI outlet went
bad after resetting it several times without correcting the moisture in the
outdoor junction box. It takes very little moisture to kick out the GFI. When you replace the outlet you may want to avoid the type with the built in childproofguard. It ends up being an adult-proof guard.</span></span>

Like Stan
said, those outdoor junction boxes are often the culprit. </span>

I just wrapped
my outdoor SJO electrical cables in spiral cable wrap to protect them from UV
and road debris.</span>
