Instead of taking my 5ver 4 1/2 hours back to the factory and leaving it with them for 4 to 6 weeks to get the roof fixed I decided to take it to a local RV dealer. When they peeled back the front part of the roof they said there wasn't any adhesive put down. They said you should be able to see the old adhesive from the factory.

If I would of taken it to Crossroads to get fixed they would of done it for free, but they said they would split the bill with me from the RV shop. I thought that was good of Crossroads to do that because they could of said sorry its out of warranty. So thanks to Mark Quinn and Crossroads for the great customer service

Very happy for you that it worked out. Many of us fortunately or unfortunately have had the same experience, myself going back to 2004. You wish you had not had problems but after all is well you are happy! Another good vote for CR service..

We made it through the weekend camping with no leaks and 5 inches of rain. That was a relief.
