heated tanks

Wondering if our 2010 cruiser ctx 29rlx with polar pkg has heated tanks. If so how well do they work? We are in central alberta, how cold can I go?

My new trailer has heated tanks. Don't know how well they work, but I have a "tank heater" switch that lights up on the control panel.

I do not have heated tanks on my unit although I'm not sure if I have the polar package. I'm not home so I can't check that out for you.

I guess I should have mentioned that I have the "extreme weather package".
