I have a 2013 Cruiser 305SKP, and would like to know from other owners with the same floorplan how many heat vents they have in the main living area. I had a 2007 Cruiser 30SK (same floorplan as 305SKP) and it had 3 vents in the main living area. Now the 305SKP I own has 4 heater vents, two of which are 18" apart. As it makes no scence to me to have them that close together, I am thinking someone at the factory bored a hole in the wrong place and just stuck a vent in it.

I would appreciate very much imput from late model fellow 305SKP owners! Thanks in advance.

Hi Tommy & Rosie

We have a 2012 of the same model and we have 3, 2 of which are in the tiled area and 1 in the rear carpeted area. They are spaced just right for even heat and no 2 are only 18" apart. Maybe someone in the factory got carried away with a new Sawsall.

Not a owner of you model but have a similar floor lay out

White spots are where the vents are. You could purchase a vent cover that can be closed to eliminate the heating in the living area and force more of it towards the upper part of the unit.

I don't think vent placement is a science at Crossroads. We looked at three "identical" units (same model year, same model, same options) over a two month period last fall and found the floor vents were different in each trailer.

In our 2013 305SK we have 3 floor vents in the living room area. One is in front of the sink, one in front of the stove, one in front of the TV. All are about equally spaced from each other.

We have a 2014 305SK and it has 3 vents in the living area in the same locations noted by Retired02.

YEP as I suspected someone at the factory cut in an extra hole. Much easier to put in a vent than patching the floor

They have to enact a no alcohol rule while working. Apparently during the install of the A/C ducts in my 2013 Z1 some one went home early beforeinstalling the bathroom one. Go figure......

At least they are covering it under warranty.
