I did not see the tree. I'm sure it moved. Called th insurance and they said to get an estimate for repairs. Looks like a pretty easy fix, I might do it myself.

I did that as well last Oct. Was making a tight turn in a State campground. I am still convinced that trees can jump.

Sorry to hear that...yes I have also heard that trees and boulders can jump unexpectedly, always good to use "granny" speed when close to those objects. I have learned to carry pruners with me as some of the campgrounds are not really good about trimming trees. Had to get one the roof more than once last year to trim back some offending branches that were a bit too close to the roofline.

Watch out for jumping curbs, yellow painted barriers, and tree limbs that lower as you go under them!

I had the pleasure of backing into a tight spot with many people "Guiding" including the campground owner. I drove slower than slow so as I slowly backed into that huge oak tree it slowly crushed my bumper, right at the feet of the owner of the campground. Guess everybody (including me)was concerned about everything else. However, it does answer the question: Do trees jump out in front of you? NO, this one absolutely did not move!

Hi Had a incidentent myself, one of those yellow barriers jumped right into me. I have a new unit with slam doors. The door is ok but frame is distorted it works but I would like to repair. I would like to by-pass the dealer, will crossroads provide me with parts? I could and will call direct, but, I always appreciate the great info I get on this forum. Thanks in advance.
