Signed another frustrated RV owner.
Mark- I hope they don't take another 162 days to fix it this time. I would verify they have the parts before taking it in and then call the dealership daily. Keep the service manager on speed dial. I have developed such a good relationship with my service manager that I know his email, phone number, best time of day to reach him, and who to speak to when he is not in. In return, he has gotten me in for work ahead of all lines, and even comped me some maintenance services required for my rv warranty forever. Sometimes it's good to be a gentle PITA other times a 2x4 over the head won't help. Again, don't ask how I know.
