There was a rather long post about lug nut torque last year and if memory serves I believe the generalconsensus was that 90# was more appropriate than 150#. I'd suggest doing a search on "torque".

Yes and if I remember the thread correctly, even Crossroads agreed that 150# was too much.
This is the reply I received from CR for my 15" wheels:
Dear Sir,
It is extremely important to apply and maintain proper wheel mounting torque
on your unit. Torque wrenches assure the proper amount of torque is being
applied to a fastener. Use no other method to torque fasteners. A 15" wheel
size for stage 1 is 20-25, stage 2 is 50-60 and stage 3 is 90-120.
Here is the link to the discussion we all had last year. I payed attention to Kevin from K's post quite closely as he had wheels come off from tightening the lugnuts at too high of a torque.
OK, I just went from the 15" stock steel wheels to 16" aluminum on my 32BL 5th wheel. I checked the thread on torqueing but it wasn't clear. Would 100 lbs. be fine for the aluminum 16" wheels? And by the way, they do fit, Crossroads said they wouldn't when I called them last year.
