We've just bought a new unit and waiting for dealer prep to get done before we can take possession. Been pulling a Jayco Eagle to Florida for the winter for 6 trouble free years. Hope we made the right choice again, reading this forum, I see a lot of grief here?

That's a very nice looking unit!! Congratulations.
I hope you have as many trouble free years with this rig also.
Yes, you read about a lot of grief here at times, but you can read about a lot of good stuff here to.
Welcome aboard.

Congrats.

We own a similar rig -Cruiser Patriot CF335SS.
Give it a good walk through. Don't assume that the RV shop caught everything.

Allot of good info at the forum.

Yes, you will read about grief, but more often the grief if handled correctly, should lead to a happy resolution. Everyone doesn't get the greatest dealers...so having said that, many times CR's themselves have to get involved to correct things. They are building a new plant as we speak and they are also building a new office facility, so the good news is it appears they are not going anywhere. Have fun with your unit, treat it nice, don't speed and watch those bumpy roads, especailly at some of the campgrounds.

Good luck in your travels and with your new unit.

Jim

We visited this forum, while comparing manufactures. When trying to decide what manufacturer to go with. We visited manydifferentowners forums. We discovered a lot less grief on this forum than on many others. Long story short. We took delivery on March 10th of this year, and have had many trouble free outings. We managed to fit in one road trip to Missouri, also trouble free.

Happy travels and many trouble free outings to you

I got mine in Feb. and we love it. some small problems when we first got the unit but was taken care of by the dealer quickly. We have had it out 5 or 6 times no problems so far.

We have the 2012 330SS. We enjoy the spaceand comfort it provides. My wife loves the kitchen island.
