We have a new Cruiser 5th wheel and the a/c unit is noisy and vibrates a lot more than our old motor home did. Is this because of the aluminum frame transmitting the noise and vibration and not dampened by wood???<div id="myWatcherDiv" style="display:none;">
Sounds like you are on the right track. We have had a number of rvs and none of them had a real tolerable A/C noise level. I do not think our present cruiser is any worse than the ones we had before... Jb

Ours is quite and no vibration. Even tho yours is new check to see if a wasp nest was built on the fan blades. this will do it every time, and can happen at any time

I think Frank could be right....our last travel trailer had this problem all the time...look for dirt dauber nests, they made the fan blower out of balance and very noisy...
Ours began doing the same thing and there was a dirt dobber nest where the blades bolted on, hard to find. Pull the cover off the ac to check, you may not even see it. A serviceman toldus where to look.
Mine done the samething. It would shake the ceiling and very noisy. Had to go back to factory for repairs and I pu this on my list. They found the fan blade was bad they replaced it and very quite now. Like said make sure no mud dobbers on it. Fixed a couple this week that had the dobbers on them.
