We have a 2013 cruiser patriot.
We are wanting to travel in it weeks at a time. our old 5th wheel had a pantry in it. this one does not. anybody have any ideas how to make one for it, any ideas will be much appreciated.

You might want to list your floor plan so those that have it can help.

George Ball (gball) made a pantry out of his closet right inside the front door on his 335SS. I will email him to respond to this post.

We have the same floor plan. I use the the area to the left of the sink in the island and also put some items in the closet by the door. Hope you find something that works for you.

The link doesn't seem to want to work so here are my original pictures of the mod I made to turn the entry coat closed into a pantry.

I purchased all of the materials at Lowes and the total cost was around $30.

2 of Item #107805--72" Brass Pilaster Strip

2 of Item #107800--Real Organizer Shelf Clips

2 of Item #334139--8x36 Oak Flat Edge Shelf

1 of Item #41310--7'L Prefinished Amber Apron Moulding

1 of Item #1220--1/4x2x4 Poplar

The back of the cabinet wall was not as solid as I liked so I used the Poplar behind the strips on that wall to give them more stability. When cutting the strips to length make sure that the holes match on each cut strip otherwise the shelves will not be level. I cut the 8x36" Oak Flat Edge Shelf to the desired length and notched each corner to fit. Although you probably could get by without it I attached strips of the Apron Molding on the open end of the shelf to keep things from falling off.

I screwed the pilaster strips to the inside of the cabinet on the side where the hinges are (about 3/4 to 1" from the wall) and on the inside of the strip in the middle where the doors close (about centered).

Pat, it's not as difficult as it may seem; George has excellent pictures and step-by-step instructions. After seeing his we did the same thing to our 335 and DW loves it. You can get a lot of stuff in there. We have about 24,000 miles on the rig and no problems with the new pantry.

You are welcome. Glad to have been able to help. My DW loves ours as well. Makes camping so much easier when you have a place to pack the food.

Here's a quick alterative, I cut it to fit length wise. what's nice about it is the shelves have front on them so nothing will slide out. got it lowes.
