Picking up 305skp on Oct. 7 and going through the PDI. Making a list of things I want to check for also found some good lists on Web. Made a check list to make sure I get all the paperwork for the different items in the FW. ie refer, tv, stove and etc. Just wondering if they short me a manual will Crossroads send it to me.
Congrats on the new rig! If you would happen to find one shorted it might just be easier to download from the manufacturer and print it out your self. I went to each manufacturer's web site and download a copy of every manual that I keep on my computer.
Mostly I was concerned about warranty cards, Iam I required to send those in for all the different things like tv, stove, refrig., A/C and that wonderful Jensen Ant. I have read about that people are trying to get rid of.
I don't know for certain but if I bought a stove, fridge, heater etc from a dealer I would expect to send in a warranty card. When I buy a complete unit I expect the mfg to interface with the various makers in warranty work if needed.

You have proof of purchase date with your contract.Call me foolish but I've never sent in the warranty postcard for anything I have ever bought and have never had a problem getting warranty service. Edited by: hhh
