I do agree with a lot of what they said but I sure hope this gentleman is quality control oriented as it has fallen very short in the last 3 to 4 years and not getting any better as I see and hear..When receiving a new unit and having a double digit list of stuff that needs repair after the factory inspections and dealer setup also is absolutely ridiculous! It isnot at all good for what was an excellent reputation.

I repurchased a crossroads product because of our experience with our 04 PP both in quality and service. But boy were we shocked when we got this Cruiser as we had a long double digit list also.

Many many thanks to Randy Mishler and Allen and the staff of the warrantee service division as they made us whole totally. But why should this little band of quality dedicated folks need to litterly rebuild a brand new unit,I have no understanding but certainly are glad they were able to throw us a life preserver on this situation&gt;JMHO Jb

We recently experienced great service at the warranty service division. Randy Mishler and Andi do a great Job. We sometimes feel fortunate that our issues have been few and simple. I am a 1st time Crossroads owner and made the purchase based on a great amount ofresearch.

The company is growing bothphysically(buildinga new factory) and philosophically and that must be based on success.

We as owners have to continue to make them aware it is based on good quality and pride ofownership that we select their products. Thesuccessof Crossroads is based on good product andtoday'scustomerin the off economy will tolerate nothing less.
