I have a 2007 Cruiser CF30SKthat I replaced a vent on. The sealant didn't stick well. Can anyone tell me what the roof material is (EPDM, TPO, or something else)? I used EPDM sealant, and it is either a bad batch, or the roof is something else. I need to find out before I try to re-do the job.
Thanks.

I always use Dicor self leveling on the roof. When you redo it make sure you get all that stuff off, then clean everything with rubbing alcohol and redo it with the dicor. You should be able to get a tube at any RV place.

I used this http://www.epdmcoatings.com/liquidroof.htmlto seal around a new vent I installed in the bedroom. While I was at it I went ahead and sealed around the entire perimeter of the roof and everything else that needed sealed. Works great and can be brushed on with a small paintbrush. 1 quart size can was enough to do what I did. I washed the roof real good and let it dry before using it.

I used this on a previous 5th wheel.http://www.campingworld.com/shopping...er-quart/32150 Worked well.

I'm sure there is something cheaper you could use though.
