Scooter..had to share this!

Bought a 2009 Yamaha Zuma 125 and managed to get it through the front door and mounted securely in the back of our 30SK Patriot. Used a 2x8x10 as a ramp and it's a piece of cake to get it up and through the door. 100mpg and street leagal, comfortable for two up...can't wait for warmer weather! This should be fun when we're camping!

Definitely put some matting under the bike. In fact, matting from the front door all the way through the house might be a good idea.

There's a lot of oil and miscellaneous stuff on the road that will quickly get transferred to your carpet unless the area is protected.

I did this years ago with a Honda Express in our Class C then our first 5th wheel.

Now I pull our Goldwing on a trailer behind the 30SK.

Enjoy your scootin'

We will definitely have something put down on the carpet before we put the bike there for trips. The good news is that the bike is fuel injected so there is no carburetor /float to stick open with fuel petcock off it should never leak fuel.
I just thought it was so cool to be able to securely carrier the scooter without a rack or trailer. Mounted a GPS to the handlebars last night, so when we get to our destinations, we can go explore the area...should be fun!

Maybe put down some 6 mil vapor barrier plastic or get a piece of vinyl. Both easy to store when not needed.
