Seeking Warranty Service Advice

We have had our Cruiser Aire for about 6 months now. Have had it out a few weekend trips and just got back from a weeklong 2500 mile trip. I have a few issues I need to get looked at. The dealer I bought it from is about 100 miles away from home, but when I look at the Crossroads site, they list a warranty service center at a dealership much closer to me, but they don’t seem to inventory any of our Crossroads Cruiser units there.

My question is this:

Am I better served to seek warranty service from the dealer I bought it from, or am I just fine at the closer service center? Does it matter or not?

Background on the issues: cable pulley on slide outs are pulling loose from wall with one screw sheared off, water heater smokes when using propane but works fine on electric, and a pretty bad floor creak popped up on this trip and I seem to feel a bolt head through the vinyl floor theat I did not feel before.

Most of the time you will be better served with the dealer you bought from. They normally take care of their customers better than some other dealer that didn't sell you the trailer. If it were me, I would ask and see what you get for a response. Some times people get lucky on getting service from a different dealer.

BUT, do you know anything about either one of their service departments?

Ask around and see what others have to say about the closer dealer.
Remember, RV sales have been thru the roof the last couple of years and most service dept. are really busy, and you might not be able to get in very soon.

You certainly have not listed anything that I would be willing to waste 12-hours+ of MY TIME (usually multiple trips to get same items repaired?) to try to get "warranty" vs DIY Repair. The water heater is probably a wasp/ spider nest in pipe and they would bill you anyway? I might even consider phone calls to MOBILE RV TECH/s first?
