We have a CF31QB on order. This is our first RV. My question is this, where do y'all stow the sewer hose? Also, does anyone make a "Y" sewer hose fitting? Ours has the 1/2 bath with its separate black water tank. A "Y" would make one sewer connection possible but I cannot seem to find one.

I made a hose carrier from parts I bought in the Home Depot plumbing department. It looks similar to the one below Camping World sells. I think I have about $15 in ours.

Also here is a Y fitting but I don't know if this is what you are looking for.

You can use the rear bumper, a clear plastic tote stored in the pass-thru (that's my method), PVC tude mounted under the trailer (see Hunter's post) or mount the PVC tube on the rear bumper.

Congrat's on your new trailer, nice floorplan!

I use the storage container in the basement .It wholes 10 ft which is enough to dump at most places and usually enough for hookup camp sites. But I do carry some new clean pipe just incase. For me the inside the bumper dosen't work well,I get rust inside the bumper and than the pipe slides back and forth and makes holes in the pipe.I'm thinking about trying the PVC type that Hunter11 has.At any rate, there is still a need for a place to store the adapters. Also don't for get the a box of disposal exam gloves to help keep your hands clean.

I bought a 6 x 6 pvc squarefence post---hinged caps to both sides with fence locks. Cheaper and lighter than plumbing pvc and fits the 90 degree elbow.

Put on rear bumper with hose clamps, fits between a storage box and back of trailer.

Ran a bolt at middle of 6 footer so hose doesn't slide out of reach. Can open both sides to hose out, and carry extention on the second side.

Can't help you any with Y pipe, but I think Hunter11 already did.
This is what I used for my sewer hose and it works good.
Length of 5in./5in./96in fence post. Purchased at Menards. I put a cap on one end and hinged a cap for the other end. 3/4in. strip of plywood between that and the frame to give it a little room from the tank that is right above it. Then just used handy strap to secure it.
Cut it to length so the caps are outside of the frame. Hose and fittings fit inside real nice.
I also drilled 1/4" holes in the bottom corners on the front and back side for drainage and aeration. Mounted right in front of rear jacks.
I think this was either cwit's or BDLuke's mod.

I did the 5" fence post but put a 8' piece of eaves trouth inside. this slides in & out of both sides. It will hold the 90degree elbow and other fittings between 2 15ft sections of pipe. I put this across trailer in front of black tank discharge.

I use a plastic tote in the pass through storage. It holds two 3" sewer hoses, my clear 45* so I can see whats going on, the thread in 90* for the other end when at hookups, and a short garden hose for the black tank flush. I am happy with this set up. Tote cost under 10 bucks. Edited by: lenny

As we get ready to pick up our new Cruiser I am going back to this topic. Does Crusier have bumper sewer hose storage?

I use to put mine in there, but it just didn't fit right. Seems like there wasn't enough room for the fittings. That is why I went with the 5in. fence post. Everything fits good now.

Yes it does. The only problem is Crossroads uses standard bumper plugs and they will come loose after travelling down the road. You can buy the special bumper plugs that fit snug but no guarentee to not losing one or both.I just did a long road trip with my CF31QB and was constantly tapping the bumper plugs back in. I travelled over 4000 miles and finally lost the left side bumper plug and cheap sewer hose (luckily the cheap one) about 100 miles from home. The day after I got home I built the 4" sewer pipe with removable end caps which sits right behind my spare tire in the front.

There are many good options posted here, pick one and run with it.

Happy Camping!
