My dealer told me to buy my own TV's and save money.Said Crossroad charged to much for their TV's and Wal mart would save me bucks.Thats what I did.

My 2011 285RL came with a Toshiba 32", a very nice tv but at $575 about $200 more than I could have bought a comparable tv for. Buy it without and go to wally world... I would have but the dealer said it was part of the package...

Yep..count me in on the wally-world tv mod. When i ordered the trailer I did not check the tv box as they wanted like almost $800.00 for a 19" tv, but it did run of dc as well. Since I never plan to be without electric, I did not order. The dealer thought the factory made a mistake because there was no tv. I told him I ordered that way. However, you might want to check a similar unit at the dealer to see what kind of support is available in case you need to modify the tv mount. My tv mount was designed for a 19" tv on a swivel. I put a 26" Vizio in its place, but I had to remove the factory mount, and install a universal mount about 1-foot higher to center the tv. I use a expanding closet rod wrapped in pipe insulation diagonally when traveling to minimize movement. So far(knock on wood) after 4-years and some really rough roads...all has stayed right where it is suppose to. Good luck with your choices...

I agree, I would by a tv, but it already is in the pkg. It wasnt mounted in the FW at the time. So that is why I was asking what they usually came with, just want to ensure they dont accidentally put in the wrong one. I do know its a 32" just wasnt sure of the make.

Mine is a Toshiba. Factory price (with markdown) wasn't much higher than buying an equivalent TV elsewhere plus buying a TV mount and then installing everything and then not having a warranty on the installation.

Thanks for all your inputs, got to leave at 5am, about a 5 hour drive to check out and pick up FW. Guess I will be finding out. Sure hope all goes well, if it does will leave there for Ohio then on to Oklahoma, then back to Florida.
