If it were me and that it is under warranty I would find the closest Crossroads dealer and take it there and let them solve it.

Turn you inside stereo or tv on then try the switches. Might turn on speakers in a different area of your trailer.

My fifth wheel has extra switches not hooked to anything. See if wires are hooked up to the backside.

Heating pads for black, grey and fresh water tanks. There may be a second tank for one of the 3 tanks.

X2 on powering an outlet somewhere, speakers to the bedroom, receptical in storage comp.
usually no schematics, no 2 the same.

I suggest that you take the switches off the wall and see if there are wires on them. If you have turned them all on then maybe there are no wires.

Did you try looking in a storage compartment to see if they control lights in there?

What is a "Scare" light.

Scare lights are the big lights located on the outside of the camper, up high on each side. (Out side front corners).
