I have a 2010 30skp, April of this year.During my pdi I noticed several screws that hold metal strip that holds black cloth up under trailer(don't know proper name) were rusted. I didn't thing Crossroads would use rusted screws on a new trailer. I didn't think much of it at the time. When I dropped the cloth and the foil insulation laying on top of cloth I got water. Not a few drops but lots of water. The futher back I went, more water, got past the axles and more water.I said oh no I've got a leak but feeling the top of foil, it was dry. So water was between black clothand foil.Has anyone had this problem. To be sure I charged water system to 60 psiand filled all tanks full let sit for 3 hours, no leaks. Sorry for the long post. Larry

I had a similar problem, I had a lose fitting at the water pump on the city water side.

Never noticed the problem but when I was hooked to City water the line the trailer blew dumping water down in the belly and rupturing the black protective "cloth". In my case the lines for the by pass were barely on and had never been tightened. Advise checking that ASAP. It was determined that my fittings were never tightened.

I read a post a while back stating that there was an issue with the black water tank flush not being connected and it filled the underbelly. Just a suggestion you may want to check it as well.

I thought I had a leak near the sewer tanks but it was just rain water that made its way down and under somehow.

I had rain water leaking past the front trim that holds up the membrane. I ran black duct tape around all the sides covering the screws and up onto the frame. Seems to have done the trick. I believe it was from tire spray while driving in the rain.
