hi all , i did my overnight camping trip last weekend. when slide was run out large 12" x 16" area wet + frozen.. .last year i brought trailer to a local dealer because slide was hitting dining room light fixture. i removed the fixture to prevent breakage.they said slide adjustment was "ok" and sold me a lower profile light !now slide is closer to new light. water leak/ice at rear slide groove in dining room right below where slide is off/out of adjustment ? now trailer is out of warranty . what do i do ? can i email somebody from crossroads? thanks tom m.

Call Radny at Crossroads. If anyone can be of assistance for a dealer job gone bad it's him. He seems to have a genuine concern for the product.

I think he means Randy, as in Randy Mischler.

There are 2 Randys. Randy Mischler and Randy Neilsen (I think I spelled that right). They are both very helpful.
