Need a little more detail. Is it that you can not get the nuts to seat all the way into the shackles or what? If the previous is your problem, you will need to preset the wet bolt into the shackle with a press or a sledge with the shackle sitting on a vise. Let us know.

Sorry, it was the female description of the problem. couldn't get the Equiflex back together, I guess. He did hook up to the TV and raise the front jacks, I guess that took the pressure off and he was able to get it back together. Second side was much smoother. There was little to nothing left of the nylon bushings and we didn't tow more than 400miles plus the transport from Indiana to eastern WI. wow, what a good idea to change to the wet bolts. We are off to Montana on Thursday for the annual hunting trip. Feeling better about that since the wet bolt changeover. Thanks.

How much was the kit? I'm sure my 2009's are shot, too. The trailer has about 6K miles on it.

I would recommend checking all of the wet bolts before assembly. I had one that would not take grease. I removed the zert and discovered the bolt had not been completely drilled. I was glad that I had not installed the bolts prior to my checking. If you have a bolt that does not seem to be taking grease remove the zert and probe the hole with a small drill bit. Make a comparison with one you know that will take grease. Lippert did send me a new bolt. I also found several plastic sleeves almost worn through. My 2010 Cruiser had less than 500 miles plus transport to Idaho.

I had them installed by the dealer last year. Greased them mid-season this summer. Seem to work fine, althoughI didn't see the nylon bushings come out when the dealer changed them over.

Help Help: Have seem other post about wet bolt kit but not sure what it is. I have a 2007 CT31RL with the flex system on it and have about 8000 miles on TT. Is this kit setup so you can grease this flex system??? Thanks Robbie

I found it interesting if you look at the first picture in the link above you will find an example of the quality welding (lack of) on Lippert frames. I have found places on my 2010Cruiser 26RK Lippert framethat looks like they had a Turkey do its thing. Some of the worst welding I have ever seen.
