For those that have installed the wet bolt kit with the equaflex suspension how many bolts are needed on each side. My kit came with 14 and the RV dealer did not think that was enough. Still trying to get them to install the kit.

My thoughts:
Each

far end of the spring - 2 per side. total 4 to cover both

sides</span>

Each

EquaFlex connection (spring connects and top of the EquaFlex) – 5 per

side total 10 to cover both sides.</span>

You are correct. 14 bolts. however the equa-flex had bushings installed in it so you won't need all the bushings, if yours is like mine.

Stan

Thanks!

I took the kit down to the dealer repairing our RV and with some pictures I pulled off the internet. I think they have a good idea on the installation. I spoke directly with the service manager so maybe they will install the kit this time.

Wet bolt kit was installed by the dealer - charged $184.00 to do the installation. I purchased the kit from Lippert for $95.00 (includes shipping). It is a shame that they do not install them at the factory - Lippert/Dexter or CrossRoads.

Has anyone installed the never fail bushings? This looks alot easier and won't have to grease them if they will hold up.

I just got back from camping at chicot state park in Louisiana. We left 2 days early due to bad weather. I noticed a lot of squeaking coming from the equaflexes on our 08 32bl. I ordered the never fail bushingsfrom ebay for 54.00 with shipping. Will install next week.

Can you give a link to where you purchased them on Ebay?

The seller on ebay bt_trble24. item id 290818051149. I also changed out the equa flexes. I got them from rvwholesales for 174.00 with free shipping for the pair. I installed grease bolts on the new equaflexes that I purchased fom etrailer.com for 3.00 a piece. I have never fail bushings in the spring eyes with non grease bolts and 5 grease bolts installed where the brass bushings are installed in the equaflex per side.
