I just changed out the converter in the WFCO power center in my 07 CF30SK.

One reason I like doing the maintenance myself is that I learn a lot in the process -- as long as I don't break anything that is difficult or expensive to fix.

In case anyone has any questions about their converter, or the fan operation, or the appropriate voltage readings, or how the warranty process works at WFCO, I may be able to help.

WFCO was really easy to work with. The tech was very helpful in troubleshooting my original problem. In my case, I got newparts for everything except the plastic power chasis.

Feeling good now.

Way to go Joe! I totally agree, no better way to learn than to break something first!

On my old one, the fan ran continuously. The fan on the converter is only supposed to run as a function of the converter output current.
