I have a Domestic power awning on my 2011 CF285RL but I can't find out what model I have. The label is not legible and it doesn't look like any that are listed on Domestic's web site. The one I have has locking knobs on each support arm and doesn't have the "flex knee" that is shown on the awnings on Domestic's site. TIA!
hhh, Mine has a locking knob on each of the lower arms that attach to the trailer wall. Each of these arms is slotted so you can tip the awning either way for rain runoff. My understanding is that when Dometic first came out with this awning it was not adjustable and many folks complained. They made the modifications to new units and I had heard that they offered free upgrade kits to folks with the non-adjustable units. I would check with Crossroads.

Yep, that is the same as mine. I've emailed Crossroads and trying to get the model info so I can download manuals and parts list. None of the manuals and parts lists on Domestic's web site seems to match the awning. Since awnings tend to be an item that needs attention more then some other items I'd like to have the info on hand in case it's needed.
OK, just got it all figured out. Crossroads sent me the model number of the awning and it is 916FT20.001B. I then called Dometic and the awning is the older style 9100 without the auto dump feature but it has the adjustable pitch kit on it. I was able to get a parts breakdown emailed to me for the 9100 awning but they did not have a parts breakdown available for the adjustable pitch kit.
