I took the trim panels off both the water pump and hot water heater. I went to Home Depot and bought two drawer pulls and installed them on the panels then added strips of heavy duty Velcro. No tools are needed now to get into either device making winterizing easy.

I made doors using the same wood with identical handle.

My dealer got matching cabinet doors from the factory and replaced the access panel. I spoke with the president of CR and he said they were going to make doors standard, that was a year ago. Must still be in the esign stage.

Me too! Got exact matching pulls to my cabinets at Lowes. Easy mod. Big improvement. Caught 4 mice in the water pump cabinet on my last camping trip. Didn't have to unsrew the panel every time.

Art, do you really winterize your trailer? I have never done anything but drain the water lines down here and that was only a couple of times. You must be headed North somewhere.

Keith,

Just wanted to get easy access to those two parts. I'll go north just after the monkeys fly out of my butt. I do put antifreeze in the p-traps, enough to cover the bottom of the tanks and in the toilet bowls.

Shane, you can see the mods anytime you are in the neighborhood. Pictures are a pain in the tush.
