Wood Seam Tape Bubbling behind TV

We have a 2013 Cruiser 335 and behind the TV there is a strip of wood like grain tape that looks like it might be covering a seam. For some reason it has bubbled and looks terrible. Does anyone know how this can be fixed? Also, do you know what the "tape" is called? Thanks!

You can apply new tape or attempt to reglue the old tape. Link for new tape.

Look on google for rv wall panel seam tape. You'll find other links I'm sure.

Any time you see bubbling on the interior, there could be water intrusion. It would be a good idea to check for that.
