Has anyone had a problem with the fold out bed on the couch? We used ours for the first time and the one cushion "buckles" in. It feels like inside the cover there is a thick plastic piece that goes around the cushion itself is broke.

Michelle, please add the make, model, and year of your camper to your signature.
That way we will all know what you are asking questions about.
Pfft..make/model doesn't matter. Both Zinger's we have had, the couch is a cheap POS. This one is nicer, but still a joke when folded out (or better said, "flipped" to bed mode).

For what we pay for the Rv's they should be supplying Lazy Boy furniture. NOT the POS that they have in it. MY Cruiser Patriot has the factory bed and it's bent, rusting and the most uncomfortable bed I ever slept on. The legs don't sit flat and it feels like I'm sleeping in a recliner. The answer from Lippert was to sleep the other way. Total BS
