KirkedOut, thanks yeah I did. Heater stopped working just before I put it up. So I took it in for service, guys said "loose wire and spider web across the flue".
So I paid my exorbitant hourly rate and thought all was good. Went camping and it got hot, but still no water. Called dealership, they gave my number to a mobile repairman, he came and found the check valve was bad. Got it working and is coming back to replace it, on the dealership's dime. I called service repair manager and he said glad to hear it was getting fixed. I said "how could your repair guys say it was fixed without actually getting hot water". He apologized and gave me credit for what I paid to use for anything at the dealership. So it worked out, I just had to get feisty to not be taken advantage of. Word to the wise for the unexperienced campers, if they say it's fixed "Have them show you first!".
