this is really starting to bother me. this makes 4 drawers to date. the little plastice guides that mount at the back that guide the rail must be some really brittle plastic.

i've submitted it for warranty and the dealer said she would "see if we can get it covered"

i know its a very minor fix, but that isnt the issue.

i'm just venting....

Stuff like that can be very annoying. I don't know what the warranty is on the Zinger but if it is covered it should be replaced.

You should have a 2 year warrenty. For what it coust me to go to the dealer I went to Lows and replaced mine with metal guides.

Buddy we know your problem. We have had the same problem since we bought our trailer. It's not the glides that many people think it is, but the cheap brackets and how they are installed. Take your drawers out and look at the top of the board holding the board that the brackets are stapled on. The board is held to the underneath part of the counter by 20 staples and the board doesn't go all the way to the floor.. Go to the general r v questions on the top of the forum page and click on the red mad face drawer glide bracket problems. This tells what my husband and I did to the kitchen drawers to keep them from breaking. Trust me they will not break from vibration now, this works. It's just poor design, cheap materials and cheap labor that cause this problem
