Coupler height on Zinger 19RDS

Hoping someone can help us with the height of the coupler on a Zinger 19RDS. We are trying to set up our WD hitch after changing the TV but we can't movethe Zinger to a level spot to get a measurement. We need to get theright shank.

I have the ZT19rd...not the s model. Mine measured 17.5 to 18" to top of ball.

Thanks for the measurement. That will help us get in the ball park. The dealer gave us the measurement of just about 13" which did not seem right. Ours is measuring 17" but we are not on level ground. It is helpful to have a measurement from someone else. We still are trying to find the right length drop shank.
