I had 2 major problems with my Zinger 5er the tires hit the bottom of the camper and my roof seams started separateing with staples popping all over the place. My dealer Integerty rv got a hold of Crossroads and they agreeded to fix all my problems. They are putting on the new style shackels with 2 set of holes and doing a heavier roof, glued and screwed.THANK YOU CROSSROADS for taking care of me and making a happy camper. Now to get the dealer going. Things are great again.

Spinella if you get a chance would you count the number of leafs in your new springs for me. They are putting on new frame shackels for me to raise my camper 2 1/2 ins. I like this but I asked dealer to check my springs and they say they are all right. i would like to knoe for my self. Thank you.

i have 4 leafs. the one with the bolts going through it and three more. on the old forum markbet posted he had a tire rubbing problem. so i checked mine and sure enough my tires were rubbing the underside of my trailer in two spots, so i called randy at crossroads told him what i found and before i could finish he said he would send me the upgraded 5200lbs. springs instead of the stock 3600lbs(i think they were 3600lbs.) it raised my camper 2" or so. i'd have to check the old forum for the exact measurement. i should add that they sent the springs to my dealer not to my house. the way randy answered me made me feel like i was'nt the first one with this problem. just remember only the springs are rated for that weight. not the axles.

Thank you I feel I have the same problem you have and my dealer is replacing the frame shackles instead of springs. I know springs are not taged for weight so I can't prove my problem. Were your old springs 4 leaf? Mine are now 4 leaf.

i'm not positive about my old leafs. maybe someone else can chime in with a count on theirs. i would call randy and see what he says. if you want mention mine and marks situation and what they did for us. i would bet that he sends new leaf springs(5200lbs.) out to your dealer. ask your dealer if he welds new spring shackles will he void lipperts warranty. that alone is reason to say no thanks to new shackles. keep us posted with your progress.

A new update crossroads did it again I now have a new roof and soon to have new shackles. Randy did his job above and beyond. I got a call from Randy on the differant steps of the operation, My dealer on the other hand would tell me nothing even when I asked. I went to my dealer with 3 problems the roof, shackels and screws falling out all over the front. Dealer told me 3 days on roof 2 weeks later not finished asked about shackles Told ,they did not contack Randy with the problem.. I got a hold of Randy he got to dealer and Randy called me back and said parts are shipped. Still no call from dealer even though I asked for call.
