Have you tried to tighten the loose screws?
It's entirely possible they missed the studs when they screwed the cabinets to the wall.
A stud finder would be able to locate the studs. Then you will be able to see if the screws are in the right place. If not just relocate them so they go into a wall stud.
If they are already in a stud, maybe they stripped them on the installation. If that's the case, you will have to go with a bigger screw, just make sure you don't get them to long.
You don't want to go threw the side of your trailer.
