Help with tie downs in ZT228RR toyhauler

I have a ZT228RR crossroads toyhauler and love it with the exception of the tie downs. The previous owners had removed the floor and inset tie downs and installed eTrack strips which is a total trip hazard. I am thinking about taking up the rubber floor they put in and installing a few new inset tie downs and new flooring. I am pretty handing but I am worried that I might not be able to determine where the original tie downs were suppose to go and what might be under the floor such as water tanks or wiring. Has anyone taken on a project like this before and if so any tips you could share??

I did a quick search and came up with this.

I don't know if this will be of any help to you.

If not, maybe try the search function on the forum and see what you can come up with.
