Why is your dealer not helping you in expediting your refund? If the dealer is pointing the finger at CR maybe it's time for a conference call that involves you, your selling dealer and CR to seek a fair and equitable resolution.
Personally, I would not accept the dealer's finger pointing. You paid the dealer for their expertise, relationship with the mfg and service. They are not delivering for you based on what I have read.
