Need contact info

Can someone give the contact info for the person that handles warrenties at Crossroads? I have a 2012 Zinger 26BL that has staples poking up from the roof, they have not punctured the roof membrane and Crossroads is denying the repair!! Thanks for your help!!!

Been a few months but Lynn at crossroads helped me out and even gave me a follow up call to be sure all was taken care of.
