Question Problems with the built in tv

My Mother Owns a 2010 Zinger and the TV is either going out or has a loose connection. (Sometimes it works and sometimes it don't) We can barely get our hands behind the TV to connect the wires for a DVD player but we can not figure out how to get the TV out of it's place for maybe replacement. HELP MY UNCLE WANTS TO CUT A HOLE IN THE WALL!

Hi,
look for a strap handle hanging down about in the middle, bottom on the back of the TV. Pull this strap and pull out on the TV to unlock the wall mount bracket (travel position) The TV will come out on an accordion. To relock for travel, grab both sides of the TV and kinda slam the TV back into position. (make sure the strap is hanging down for access next time}
Best of luck,
Bud

TV mount

Ours is mounted on a metal bracket.
One part of the bracket is mounted to the wall, the other on the back of the TV.
I just lift mine off the wall mount bracket.
