posted back July 31 that our range was bad and dealer would check on new one. New range showed up as promised. Dealer wanted us to come in for replacement but it is about 100 miles so we took out old range and picked up new to install myself. No big deal but they sent a range that has no connections at back for back splash on range. No big deal as I can wire it myself. At least the dealer and Crossroads kept their word. Thanks to Roadmaster RV and Crossroads we can cook on range again.

Glad to see that you got the replacement but one has to wonder why they did not send the same one that you had originally. Good thing you can do your own work.

Gee, I guess I need to use my range (haven't yet since I bought new in May). Pizza sounds good now that it is getting colder.

Correct me if I am wrong but I will have to light the pilot light first. What are the steps?

So nice to network w/ other peers!!!

Thank you for your replies. Our range has an ignitor and not a pilot light am hooking it up this weekend and trying sub sandwiches which my DW makes better than any outlet in the country.

If you have never used you range yet and are not sure how to maybe this will help.
Open oven door, turn control to pilot, have a good striker (BBQ) lighter and then find the thermocouple and pilot light in the oven (near the back). Hold your striker with flame on under the pilot and push the control in to supply propane. After the pilot lights up hold it for 20-30 seconds then release. If pilot stays on you are good to go. If not wait a few minutes then try again. If you already knew this then I am sorry for supplying info.
