Drain for heater , if it is metal then it is an anode ...if it is white plastic then no anode required ...2 different brands with different inerds.

If it's an Atwood water heater..no anode rod, but a cheapo plastic plug that I'd replace asap with a brass plug before it starts leaking.
If it's a Suburban water heater...yes the drain plug is the anode & if your rv is a '15 should be replaced.
Two brands...Attwood and Suburban...one uses steel tanks and the other uses aluminum. Thus anode in one and plastic drain plug in the other.
