On several occassions I've had problems with the slideouts not working on my Zinger ZT31SB. Upon closer inspection of the gears underneath, I've found thin pieces of wire, approx. 6 - 8 inches in length, stuck in the tracking\gear mechanism. It appears that these wires are coming from the traileritself, as this has an enclosed underbody and the wires always look identical.

Has anybody else had this issue? I'm wondering if CrossRoads has had a recall to fix this issue. Right now, the back slideout won't move, but I don't see any wire stuck in it. I'm about to take it to the dealer ... even though I'm 2 weeks outside of my 2 year warranty.

Is it clicking but won't open? If so the bell stop is stuck in the frame.

Yep, the bell stop was stuck in the frame. The dealer repaired that, and replaced the manual crank bar with a piece that was more rigid. As for the pieces of wire, they weren't sure where they were coming from.
