Zinger 280RK backup camera wiring

I just bought a new 2020 Zinger 280RK. I know that it has a place to connect a Furion backup camera, but I'm not finding any information on how the connection is wiring. Does the wiring strictly provide power to the camera? Or is the wiring connected to a harness that can be connected to a tow vehicle with compatible wiring? New 2020 trucks can be connected to a trailer's backup camera. Can the new 2020 280RK interface to the truck's wiring?

If not, has anyone modified the trailer to add this capabiility?

TIA.

I can imagine/ RECOMMEND easiest is WIRELESS, so you only need to tap power; if not already tapped/ ready, then grab a close running light for CAMERA power & ground. I fought static w/ engine running in my class-c for 2+ years, only to find that it was a bad wireless receiver power connection from previous owner, under dash. I now have excellent picture, and control is HEADLIGHT SWITCH TO turn camera ON, and IGN turns Monitor ON/ OFF.
