Zinger 28BH...fresh water drain?

for the life of me and many a scrapped knees and elbows, I cannot find the fresh water tank drain on my Zinger 28bh TT. I did find a low point drain for the cold water side only. Is there a FW drain and hot water low point drain?

I'm not at all familiar with your make of trailer, but the water tank should be very similar to the rest of them.

If you can see where the tank is/should be, there should be a short piece of white pex pipe hanging down from it.

I know what to look for. I have had many campers , but can't find the drain on this one. And why only one low point drain.

Look underneath just to left of door. It is way under there, but you should see the lone blue line with cap sticking down. (mine is there, and our friend's 26bh is in same place).

The single low point you see may be fresh water. look towards outside of camper for the two low points. Mine are actually outboard of the frame rail.

My low point drains are in the wheel well area. I had a hard time finding mine last year.

When I was looking for my slide out noise I noticed a red and blue lines with caps on the end. Is this the low point drain? What does it do?

those are indeed your low point drains. You would open them and let all the water in your plumbing lines to drain prior to winterization. Be sure to close them before adding antifreeze.

Terry, if you have the red/blue under your slide, then the lone cold drain you found is your freshwater tank. My FW tank looks just like a low point.

Well, I found the freshwater drain, which I thought was a cold side low point drain, but I have yet to locate the low point drains.

You were dead on Lloyd. I assumed that the drain I saw was a low point drain, since it looked like my other campers' low point drains. The drain on my previous fiver had a spigot type drain and that 's what I was looking for. I'll crawl under the rig tonight and look for the low point drains.

I would look underneath near the water heater access panel. That is where mine were on the 26BL.

There is a chance that the factory forgot to put the drains thru the black camoplast ...

try looking near the stabilizers. Mine were fairly hidden behind the stabilizer jacks

UPDATE: Took some time over lunch to visit my RV dealer and looked at an identical model to mine and couldn't find the low point drain on that unit either. Also looked at a couple of other Zinger models and no low point drain. The service manager said he would get a couple of his experts to get to the bottom of this.

If worth another 2-cents...

My low points are barely sticking down thru plastic wrap (NOT the very bottom, but on the OUTSIDE of the frame rail behind the bottom sheetmetal skirt) just below the kitchen sink...like right where your freshwater fill is.

Other possibility may be at rear right below the water heater, since your shower is back there. Hope this might help!

Guess what I found, with the help of my friendly neighbourhood RV Dealer . The low point drains are located at the rear, outside of frame , directly above the stabilizer jack. Well hidden. We can close the books on this one.

Glad you finally found the low point drains. However, I'm curious, isn't there a label on the outside of the trailer indicating they're in the vicinity?

There were no labels indicating that. I did remove all unnecessary labelling. Just left labels indicating black/grey sewer, flush, city water and fresh water. All the warning and other labels are removed by me.
