Zinger Reserve

Just wondering if anyone has seen the new Zinger Reserve. Or, when will Crossroads publish the floor plans, etc. Since seeing the article about them, we are very curious to see what CR has done to the Zinger line.

Hi Jean/Larry, just looked at site and the Z1 is updated to new 2014 models and specs. Zinger specs seem offline, so possibly getting updated now.

Hi Peter, thanks for that update. Not sure if we will trade until next year or so. Seems that the Zinger Reserve may have more things we would like for our extended travels. We were gone 8 weeks this summer. And we have found the bunk area to be a waste of space but love the outdoor kitchen now that we can use it. Our experience with CR on the replacement of the door was great.

We are interested in adding a surge protector and read that the hard wired one like you have is much better. Which one did you get? I have been reading about the one made by Progressive Industries. Using a hard wired one definitely eliminates the theft equation.

Has Canada gotten chilly yet? We are around 60 F now and rather damp. What part of Ontario are you in?

We had planned to go to south for the winter but Larry has surgery at the end of the month so things are on hold.

We use the bunk area for storage of chairs,outside table, cases of water etc. when our daughter is not with us.
We downsized to the Z1, and love it but do miss the outside kitchen.
My EMS is a Progressive LCH30 from Lawrence RV accessories. 936-329-2364. I ordered online and it was delivered by post to my door. On our trip to the east coast, it would not allow power into the trailer, saying "open ground". When the park electrician came he discovered one of the insulated wires was broken somewhere underground, and they had used the bare ground wire instead of repairing the break! This mean't there was no ground in the system. They closed the site after that.
Weather here has been great! 20c today, getting lots of camping in, two more booked this fall. We live on Southern Georgian Bay.

Zinger reserve floor plans are on the site now, but zinger isn't. I just traded my 11 zinger on a 14 31bh today and my dealer said he can't order the regular zinger at this time, but he can get the reserve. He feels zinger is being replaced with zinger reserve.

Very interesting. Crossroads RV is on Facebook so I asked there about their specifications. They replied that they would be posted and are there now. However, floor plans are now down. I guess they are making changes but have to wonder about the Rezerve vs. regular Zinger and when we will get the lowdown.

There's one on my dealer lot now.
