We are new to RVing and have just purchased a 2012ST30RK Are there anythings that we should beaware of? Are there any comments on this unit? We have not yet taken delivery because we are 1600 miles from it. We are planning on permently parking it and using it for our summer get away

we have the 2012 30 RE we only took it out twice and we love it.
